Been on cycles on and off for years and now on TRT. I have never tried to get truly lean.(Although a couple years ago on HGH is got pretty close). It is much easier for me to gain than lose. I have lost 12 lbs so far thanks to the advice from this board. Here are a few questions looking for help on.

omni 5days on/2 days off(just finished 6mos a blu tops)

1. I weigh myself every morning first thing. Should I lose some weight every day? or will I fluctuate a few pounds? How many should I expect to lose a week with proper diet?
2.I work out first thing in the A.M. because of work schedule. I am wondering how this affects my pre/post eating...Should i work on on empty stomach?
