    Hypothetical Fasting Question

The other day I didn't gauge my newly reduced alcohol tolerance correctly, and I ended up severely hung over, to the point that I could not eat anything the entire day.

After sleeping it off I looked in the mirror and to my surprise I was looking good! Maybe it was being so dehydrated so I had no water weight, but I definitely felt like I lost some weight, especially in my abs where I have a hard time getting rid of fat.

So, this got me thinking. What about fasting one day a week? Would just one day cause you to go catabolic? It seems like you could rack up a good 4k calorie deficit in one day!

Once again, this is just hypothetical.

    ummmmmmm...........NO...... OKAY???

fasting is horrible... i dont see any reason to fast.. when you fast your body shuts down your metabolism and this is horrible for you in the long run... actually. do the opposite.. eat like a pig once every 10 days... get those leptin levels replenished insteada looking for a quick fix...
