    Egg Whites before workout?

    Hey guys! Since ive been on my bulking cycle, ive added alot of egg beaters to my diet. Carton of egg beaters 1st thing in morning with whole wheat bagel and fat free cream cheese and the another carton right before bed with a big spoonful of peanut butter. Should I move one of these meals and use it as a prework protein load, or just add a 3rd carton of egg whites.

    Farts cant get any worse........ dang!


    oh these are 16oz cartons about 50 grams protein

    id puke if i had to take egg whites before working out

    i take em in the morning also but geez.. just stick to whey

    I'd suggest and personally I like a red meat prior to training. But thats just me, I like something a little heavy on the stomach that also digest slower so I can keep up w/ the heavy training all the way through

    Egg whites I have been doing when I was bulking post workout. They are highly bio available and I got tired of buying whey. was taking dairy out of my diet as well

    What is your current cycle, is that you in your avy?

    Yea! That was me last year at my all time worse! 265lbs, 44inch waist and god I dont know BF%
    Took a year and got my life back. down to 16% BF 236 lbs 36 inch waist.
    I use this pic as my avatar to remind me why Im here and what I will not become again! I will post up some pics of me in my album soon.

    My current cycle is 500mg Cyp/300mg Deca ew. On week 6 of a 15 week cycle. Am on TRT so at the end I will just go back to 150 to 200mg of cyp ew and cruise until my next cycle.

    What is a protein load?

    You should just be having consistant levels of protein at each of your meals during the day. If you choose to have egg whites as your protein source in the meal before your workout thats fine, but you can also just use chicken, turkey, fish or, my favourite, beef.
