Hey guys! Since ive been on my bulking cycle, ive added alot of egg beaters to my diet. Carton of egg beaters 1st thing in morning with whole wheat bagel and fat free cream cheese and the another carton right before bed with a big spoonful of peanut butter. Should I move one of these meals and use it as a prework protein load, or just add a 3rd carton of egg whites.

oh these are 16oz cartons about 50 grams protein
