    my diet for HGH

im 19, 200lbs, 18%BF, and 5-7. i eat 4-6 times a day depending on how long my day will be and protein shakes every 2-3 hours. the protein in my diet is only from protein shakes. and my meals are only vegetables. is this diet alright for HGH use?

no its not alright you will probably die on that diet..you need to get off the HGH unless for medical reasons and actually eat protein and real food.

ALL LINKS, ID WATCH THEM IN ORDER MAKE SURE TO WATCH ALL THE VIDS IN THE 1ST!
those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs, fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

Okay, who has a 2nd account here that logged on with the 2nd account for purposes of posting a comical/joke type of thread?
(One of our mods? One of the dietary "leaders" in this forum?)

Not only is that approach terrible for an "HGH user", it's plain out horrific for a "diet" period, HGH or not.

A 19 year old (still growing as a TEEN) using HGH (ridiculous to use at such an age and the medical issues from one still growing and using this at such a time of NATURAL GROWTH is, or should be, OBVIOUS) while only eating protein shakes and vegetables (ridiculously whack dietary approach, especially for one who is still naturally growing/developing) has got to be a thread posted by someone wishing to pull a fast one, or make an "April fool's" type of "gotcha" posting.

If it's not a joke, well, one will definitely learn from the soon to be experience, that's a given. That is, unless medical intervention is forced to intervene.

Someone fess up and admit to the 2nd account/joke, please!
