Whats your take on Fiber One Cereal? 1 cup of it would satisfy my daily fiber needs. Of course I would continue eating veggies the rest of the day, but is it alright to get in most your fiber in one sitting or should it be spread out with each meal.

I try and eat fiber through out the day. However I do have a large serving of fiber early in the day to get things moving.
spreading it out would be better simply becouse fiber will drop the gi of carbs. Pwo tho I prefer a medium g.i carb and pwoo also but this is debatable I just know what works for me. In general tho fiber spread through out your meals droping the gi of your carbs is a good thing
