Baseball practice on a training day

How do you guys think I should approach this. I'm in an adult baseball league that practices on Wed/Sun. I also hit the gym first thing in the morning on Wed and consume a pre/post workout shake.

The practices are at 6 pm almost 10-11 hours after the gym. The practice ends around 8:30 and its pretty active. So I'm wondering should I take in another pre/post workout shake

Just trying to figure out the best way to approach this

no need for post workout if its a baseball game bro, just make sure your meals are timed and spaced 2-3 hours

okay but how should I account for the extra calories that I will burn. It's not a game, but practice which actually is more intense seeing how we having running (sprinting) drills and so on.

I want to make sure these calories I burn in the hot sun are accounted for and replenished.

I just started a test cycle and am looking to bulk.

start by adding 200-300 cals from current intake and see how your body adapts to it.

sounds good, I normally go low or no carb on my midday meal (~4pm) but I figure I will add in some hefty carbs to prep me for practice

I figure about 50 - 80g of clean carbs would give me the fuel source for my practice as well as the 200 - 320 calories to replenish what I will potentially burn.

thx...now if the test will just hurry up and kick in, I will start jacking the ball out of the park
