macros are off, no way you et 50g protein in this meal, an egg white is around 4g of protein
Meal 2: (9:45) 2 servings Albacone Tuna on 2 slices of Wheat bread and a banana. 240 calories,32g Protein, 24 Carbs
24g of carbs from a banana and two pieces of bread? not likely
Meal 3: (1:00) PWO: 1 cup brown rice with 8oz Grilled chicken
    980 calories,66g Protein, 140 Carbs
    Workout around 3:15

140g carbs in 1 cup of brown rice? is it 1cup uncooked? either way you don't need that many carbs at once
After Workout: drink 2 scoops Whey protein: 240 Calories,40g Protein,8g Carbs
you need carbs in your PWO shake/meal
    Meal 4: (6:30) 3 egg whites,8 oz grilled chicken
    375 Calories,81g protein,3g carbs
    macros are off

"I'm looking to get a little mass but want to tighten up some", i think we should put him at maintenance (fat burning cardio PWO, and/or AM) following a 40/40/20 split with right proportions and times and see how he progresses, what do you think phate?

depends, he's on test/tren so he could gain muscle in a calorie deficit, though i think that running at or just below maintainence would be best for mass/fat loss

    OP

    is this your first cycle?

have you used tren before? if so how does your body react

be specific, how much bf do you want to lose?

how much muscle do you want to gain?

post a pic so we can see where you are

Yes this is my first cycle I would like to be around 10% Bf and would like to gain a good bit of muscle.Egg white is 5g protein per egg.. Not sure about how much of the brown rice to eat? I got this diet from someone else on the board and my question is am I eating enough to gain alittle mass but at the same time tighten up around the stomach.
