i dont eat white carbs ever.. bulk or cut. there are much better sources with LOWER GI's that you should trake advantage off. switch over to ezekiel bread. only time ill advocate simple/semi simple carbs is immediate PWO, but i did the plain bagel and thought it was ok for PWO. but im currently cutting and just have my PWO meal when i get home. once i want toms lean mass then i throw in the waxy and whey mix.

meal one was looking good, then i seen all the white bread. change it to more effective complex.
im assuming the first serving of white bread roll on that list is cause of your pwo?
There are still better are options for you

Just to collaborate what did your white basmati rice come in at for carbs. 150 grams of my stuff = 50g carbs.
