    Considering Keto, some basic Q's

How long does it take to get into ketosis?

What is the minimum time one should be on a keto diet for it to be effective? (I'd like to drop a couple pounds of fat in prep for a trip on the 24th)

How does T3 and clen interact in a keto diet? Most popular research brands of T3 are sugared up to make them taste ok, but one never knows how much sugar is in them.

Can one gain muscle on a keto diet, especially if used in conjunction with test e? I'd like first hand info if available.

I'm sure I'll have others as well. thanks in advance.

Everyone is different, but generally around 4 days.

That depends, I would say at least 4 weeks as a minimum, but you will see results from water weightloss by the end of the first week

t3 and clen work great when used in conjunction with keto. I would suggest holding off on them untill results from the diet and cardio begin to stall. If you are worried about the sugar in the liquid form just go for the pill version of t3. Although, i don't think it would make much of a difference. You aren't consuming that much liquid per dose.

Yes one can gain muscle on the keto diet. It all depends how you configure your calories. I've seen naturals gain muscle on it because for the first time, they are actually feeding their bodies the correct amounts of proteins and fats. So you can definately gain mass with the use of anabolics. If you want a real life example of this, look at Tony Freeman. The first time Palumbo put him on this diet he actually gained weight.
I'm sure I'll have others as well. thanks in advance.
    Hope that helped
