hows my meal plan looking for cycle
Meal 1 15-20 egg whites and oatmeal
Meal 2 Steak and baked potato
Meal 3 Chicken breast and baked potato
Meal 4 Chicken breast and 3 ounces of pasta
Meal 5 Chicken breast and salad
Meal 6 15-20 egg whites

Looks clean enough, it would help the guru's if you know all the macros and total calories

yeah, and another thing, im sick of chicken. ive been doing this as a full time job for 3 weeks stright because i dont work. my job is eat, eat, reshearch, reshearch, eat, gym, eat, reshearch, eat, sleep. i need to find a side for chicken. might switch up with a tuna meal in there.

I don't think its good to eat too much of one food. Mix it up...instead of eating 3 chicken breasts throw in a can of tuna or lean turkey breast.

40 eggs? That can get exepensive no?
