So my diet sucks 'effin donkey poo!!!

It has been brought to my attention that my diet sucks 'effin donkey poo!!! Why is this? The best possible answer is probably because like so many (i hope im not the only 1 who has made this mistake) i thought if i was eating adn eating healthy i was okay. Well it turns out that iam doing just that... eating, but i need to eat eat. I need to eat like the 'effin pros! Well i need to eat in a way that is good for My body and that outs me in the best possible position to reach my goals! so here is my current diet:

DIET: I eat no red meat!!! Most days are as follows:
Breakfast: 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and hashbrowns and water
    Lunch: 2 Muscle milk shakes
    Snack: 1 Whey protein shake
Dinner: Meat (fish or grilled chicken) potatoes, a fruit, a vegie
On saturday night ill eat whatever... so shoot me i splurge!!!

OK, OK, OK. IT SUCKS!!!! Like i said that has already been brought to my attention so piss on it

    Iam AGE: 25
    HEIGHT: 5'11"
    WEIGHT: 181 lbs
BODY FAT %: I am not positive... i have no love handles, no gut, ect...

My goal is to have a muscular body, not a bodybuilders, but cut, i would like to weigh around the 190-195 mark and increase my strength.

I work construction so i will need some advice on meals i can prepare at home and take with me to work and eat on the fly.

I appreciate any comment, suggestion, and/or joke about my diet and what i could do to improve it.

those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs, fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

post a pic for bf estimate

watch these videos, then do the math...

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=323516
    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

post up a new diet when your done with all this for critique
