    please post me a diet plan, what to eat/when/cycle/supp

    was 225 size 38 going to 40 waist, now iam 180 32 waist, 5'10 tall 29 yr old,
    was taking phentermin/adipex weight loss pill for 3 months with barley eating diet and cardio and med training,,,, before i continue trial and error should i lose more weight or start a cycle, i think if i lose more weight i will look to puniey, this is me before, now , and what i hope to look like, hopfully more not less but i think this would be perfect for me, am i dreaming or can this realy happen? iam willing to work my ass off but when i dont see results i tend to give up somtimes,thats why iam considering gear, iam pretty sure i can get some local gear, what can i take to mold me into this new body,


    ohh and how long do you think this will take i would like to be close to this by april 26 2010 my 30th bday,

    please provide diet, exercise, cycle/stack

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    The above advise is Good.
    barley eating is BAD, yes you will loose weight for a while but it's BAD for your health and when you do it your body will want and WILL store all the fat it can.

    Read the above diet sections, learn to eat. Eat a LOT more often but better.

    you can get there in a year IF you start eating properly and keep up the working out.

    If the last picture is your "want to be" body you can start by waxing your body....jk

    But yes you just need to read up on all the information on the site and forum. Some things will become clear as simple math. It would not make sense for someone just print out a die form for you, work out routine that you will follow and a gear stack that you will do.....
    You will need to figure out whats best for you.
