How can i be veiny one day and not the next day?
Im trying to figure this out. There are days were my arms are veiny as hell, then when i get to the gym i dont really see them until the end on the work out. Sometimes, they are not veiny AT ALL. I usually folllow same diet threw out the week so i dont understand what would couse this?...would drinking water have any effect on this? i mean like not enough water intake?

less fluids and increas of body temp will be the cause of vascularity days etc....

Yeh less water or any other drinks (not healthy) but does wonders for pros in competion.
body temp increses thru workout.
If you want to always look vascular i would suggest going on a course of boldanone with test prop dep on stats and knowledge or try suppliments for pumps like 'NO explode being the one i use.

I think i read somehwere here that if you consume little water it will slow down the fat burning.
Im actually running boldanone and test prop right now and i added tbol almost 2 weeks ago. And im def more veiny but nothing like i though i would be. Im running eq at 600 a week

There is a thread similiar to this in the competitive section. Dehydration causes veins to constrict and be LESS visible.

fruits like a banana or two pre-workout i noticed causes vascularity before i even get to the gym as opposed to a preworkout carb like oatmeal. eating large quantities of protein and fat does the same vascularity thing to me.

You know what elese is weird, I took 6 grams of argenie the one day and i didnt notice too much increase in my veins

Plasma jet--- Pumps are similar to no explode, however there is no energy rush or increased focus. I prefer it over the others because it does not suppress my appetite or make you crash later on. I only take these kind of supps when i am really feeling like blowing the gym off or not motivated because of the high cost and my tight budget.
