Test E Bulk Cycle Diet
Its Either one of these I was thinking about using on my first cycle of
Test E 500mg.
http://www.roadtobodybuilding.com/Bulk 1.pdf
http://www.roadtobodybuilding.com/Bulk 2.pdf
Only difference is change from 1 cup of rice to 1 1/2 cups of rice.
This is my rest day plan below
http://www.roadtobodybuilding.com/rest.pdf
I figure I want my glycogen stores at least half full or more
Also eat all whole food and no shakes
Could toss another whole egg or 2 in the morning.
I prefer to keep the read meat in there for bulking.
Currently down to about 5'8 185 12-14% bf worst
Was also thinking about adding beta-alanine to do more damage to muscle tissue since I will be recovering at a much greater rate.
Also thinking about removing PWO shake for some real food but I don't like the idea of waiting 30-40 mins for my meal to digest after I get home where as a shake I drink it as soon as my last set is done with.
Will post before cycle pics tonight
Thanks again guys

dont wanna pop u bubble, but those links make it very hard for me to critique your diet... please post it up on this thread and type it out (i know it's tedious, but it has to be done)..
then do some math for me bud
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them
To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:
If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

Quinoa is my favourite carb, with barley and sweet potatoes. Rice really doesnt contain anything at all.
