    Albacore Tuna and MERCURY?

Hey guys, Tuna is a major part of my new diet because of high protein to low-fat ratio. Just saw a show on PBS saying a person should only eat 1 can a week and pregnant women should avoid it because of extremely high mercury levels. Do I have an alternative? Damn....what do you guys think?

There is no real mercury scare from eating too much tuna. Some of the guys on here have eaten several cans a day for years with no worries. You should be fine.
