Adding carbs to PWS
Ok my post workout shake doesnt have many carbs. 2 scoop =
240 cal
4 fat
52 protein
5 carbs
I was thinking of adding 1 banana in it..
105 cal
1fat
1 protein
27 carb
and 1/2 half cup oats,I put em in the wifes coffe grinder and turn em to powder.
150 cal
2 fat
6 protein
27 carb
would that work ok??

nope.. do a semi simpl carb.. white bagel, rice, pasta..

Skip the banana, do completely oats.

throw oats in the shake, then it will be fine.
no need for the banana imo.
