Just something someone said in my thread, what do you think?
Hey im not trying to call you out but im confused on few things you said. There are few people that said my diet looks preety good and so far its working because im seeing results. I do agree on milk but i only have 1/4 cup to 1/2 max (i guess im fine here?). I saw PHATE eating same yogurt as i get plus its loaded in protien ( I guess im fine here, since its in the morning?). I have always wondered about the wheat bread, the bread i get is only 1gram or sugar per slice but i will look into the ezekiel or organic from now on...NOW the RICE? I really dont think brown rice is bad, maybe you are reffering to Pros that are on crazy diet? I dont think i can eat oat meal all day long lol

Id really like to see if some off the people that give hard core super nazi strikt diet advice ,,, actually stay on that dier themselves 24 -7 multiple meals a day..... I seen the trainer at the gym do it myself,,, preach a diet , then see him eat 6 pieces of pizza..3hrs latter.. I mean people got to realize what soem off us r comin from,,, pizza -beer ,, fast food,, skippin meals ect... POP ....... so some rice and milk isnt just a step its a whole staircase,, for some people.... I was told on here to not use flaxseed oil, because it wasnt the 100% most best EFA ,,,, so get multple opinions on yer diet ,, and look who is hackin on it......... if a hall of fame poster on here says its ok Id listen,,, if it was a guy joined yesterday ,,,, well ??

milk has a low GI and is one of the slowest burning carbs. its good for you, drink it and put it in your macros. Its great before bed cuz of the casein pro in it. Brown rice has basically the same GI index as white rice, but what are you goals? what you can eat all depends on your goals. Are you just trying to eat healthy than fvck ya brown rice and whole wheat bread are fine. I totally agree with you that a lot of the diet advice put up here is way to hard core and more geared total complete devouters to lifting. There people out there who, like me, just enjoy lifting, i eat healthy, not stupid healthy and when i want mcdonandls i have some, and when i want cake and ice cream ill have some of that too. the key is moderation and working my ass off when im in the gym.

G.I level is not the end all be all of carbs. I know some very well known members who wont eat brown rice and others say its a must use carb source. I personally eat white rice and have not noticed any difference on MY diet. However I dont eat that much rice at all becouse no matter what brown, wild, white I bloat. I prefer oats yams and farro to rice.

Sorry to burst your bubble but you got no clue what you're talking about.
Its the PERFECT food before bed? Please explain this to me...
I'll make this really easy for you...
Why is the protein in milk better than a meat source?
What kind of EFA's does it contain, as I'm sure you know well that vital role in EFA's before bed?
And lastly, what are the benefits of consuming galactose prior to sleeping? You do know the metabolic pathway by which galactose is converted to glucose right?
