What if thats all you could afford. No chicken, no tuna, no sups. Just pasta.
100g = 354kcal * 2 = 708kcal * 6 = 4248kcal/day.
What do you think?

wheres your protein bro. Carbs are covered but you have to get apositive nitro balance and consistant protein synthesis.
I cant afford it.
It´s about 12,5 g protein and 74g carbs/100g pasta so i do get some but thats all.
i absulutly hate milk but good ol fasion milk will boost your protien and calcium both very important
tuna is cheap, loaded with protien
chicken can be expensive but i find specials at the store from time to time.
get some cheese, its not very expensive
any kind of fish is awesome too

yeah but the protein from pasta is plant protein. You cant insure a positive nitrogen balance consistantly with it. Meat proteins are closest to our own amino chain and prime for muscle growth.
Bro, we are lifters for life, go sell you body on the streets to feed your addiction.
Pheedno i know. But i have serius money probs and living on only pasta 1-2 months is something i hafto face.
Offcourse i will try and ad tuna when i can but pasta-only days will be nessesary for some time.

Can you go fishing yourself? I don't know how frickin cold it is their or if you have access to ice fishing but it might be an option.
Anyway, I hope things turn around for ya.
Or can you at least buy protein powder? They have specials all the time for 5 & 10 gals. And that can last you awhile.
Orrrr....this may seem ghetto but you can go to dollar stores and get peanuts/& peanut butter for next to nothing. There is no excuse to not have protein. You've just got to look. I've been there before and have had to live a little below my means before, but...I have always been able to fit in protein in my diet one way or another. That is the most important part Phedeno...
Baby
Ooopss I mean Palme... sorry
It can't be true that you can't afford tuna!
it's 5 kr. pr. can and 40g protein x 6 = 30 kr./240g protein
(or maybe 35 kr. in sweden...?)
I think pasta 6 times a day will make you fat.
We dont have dollar stores here but thanks anyway BW.
DL you dont know my situation. And they arent that cheap here.
Durbin it might make you abit puffy but im going to do heavy workouts and cardio so i dont think the bf% will go sky high.
Surely there must be an inexpensive fish in sweden? Here in north america we scarf down tuna like there is no tomorrow. It's cheap, it's nasty, it's protien!
Red
Red Sauce aka Gravy for you paisans is real good for you
Heart and shit
If u can't get protein then there isn't much of a point in working out. Can't build or keep muscle without it.
Heck, you're a Swede, can't you at least squeeze some surströmming into your food budget?

Fuck no! The smell makes me puke
I got a good advice from my bro kreper that beans is a good protein source. Since it´s cheap ill use that.
Thank you.
Hey bud no flame, but if that is all you can afford, then I woudl not do a cycle. I feel bad for you bro, and I was there about 10 years ago, but I pushed and pushed and became well better off you can say.... good luck bro, nice that you are honest at least.. Hell maybe us Ar bro's can pass a collection cup around and gather some Holiday funds for ya..?? Seriously bro, hang in there.
Thanks bro but send the money to the street kids in Romania in my name instead i dont need charity.
If i manage the get 200-300g protein/day from clean food you still dont think i should cycle?
I feel your pain Palme!! Been there done that!
uhhh, I must me missing something.....you can't afford protein, but you are considering doing a cycle? That's like not having enough money for bus fare, but test driving a Mercedes. Doesn't make much sense to me.
And how are you going to bulk up on a cycle if you are not fueling your muscles with protein. Take your buddies advice and start eating those beans. By the way, beans are an incomplete protein unless combined
properly (for example: beans and rice make a complete protein)
Good luck....take up fishing or something (just kidding)
Cycle is already on the way and payed for.
Hey palme, is it your first cycle?? What will it consist of?? If you're ever in Copenhagen I'll treat you to a tuna sandwich and a protein shake to wash it down with!!![]()

Palme ... well, the only option I could see would be to look into a vegan type diet... but I am not sure it would be adequate on a cycle (I am a meat-lover myself!), and I don't think that stuff comes too cheaply.
I'm sure there is a way around this...
(by the way I've also been there for almost a year and a half - medical reasons... not fun bro, hang in there)

I wouldn't want to be anywhere near an open can of that stuff, even outdoors.
