    Pasta 6 times/day

What if thats all you could afford. No chicken, no tuna, no sups. Just pasta.

    100g = 354kcal * 2 = 708kcal * 6 = 4248kcal/day.

    What do you think?

yeah but the protein from pasta is plant protein. You cant insure a positive nitrogen balance consistantly with it. Meat proteins are closest to our own amino chain and prime for muscle growth.

Or can you at least buy protein powder? They have specials all the time for 5 & 10 gals. And that can last you awhile.

Orrrr....this may seem ghetto but you can go to dollar stores and get peanuts/& peanut butter for next to nothing. There is no excuse to not have protein. You've just got to look. I've been there before and have had to live a little below my means before, but...I have always been able to fit in protein in my diet one way or another. That is the most important part Phedeno...

It can't be true that you can't afford tuna!
    it's 5 kr. pr. can and 40g protein x 6 = 30 kr./240g protein
(or maybe 35 kr. in sweden...?)

Surely there must be an inexpensive fish in sweden? Here in north america we scarf down tuna like there is no tomorrow. It's cheap, it's nasty, it's protien!

If u can't get protein then there isn't much of a point in working out. Can't build or keep muscle without it.

I feel bad for you bro, and I was there about 10 years ago, but I pushed and pushed and became well better off you can say.... good luck bro, nice that you are honest at least.. Hell maybe us Ar bro's can pass a collection cup around and gather some Holiday funds for ya..?? Seriously bro, hang in there.

uhhh, I must me missing something.....you can't afford protein, but you are considering doing a cycle? That's like not having enough money for bus fare, but test driving a Mercedes. Doesn't make much sense to me.
And how are you going to bulk up on a cycle if you are not fueling your muscles with protein. Take your buddies advice and start eating those beans. By the way, beans are an incomplete protein unless combined
properly (for example: beans and rice make a complete protein)
Good luck....take up fishing or something (just kidding)

Palme ... well, the only option I could see would be to look into a vegan type diet... but I am not sure it would be adequate on a cycle (I am a meat-lover myself!), and I don't think that stuff comes too cheaply.

I'm sure there is a way around this...

(by the way I've also been there for almost a year and a half - medical reasons... not fun bro, hang in there)

What kind of Swede are you?

I wouldn't want to be anywhere near an open can of that stuff, even outdoors.
