IMO alll this excercise equipment on TV are all effective as long as your consistent and diet is in check.

i see ..... i have just watched some of the infomercials and seen some of the transforation where people have claimed they did nothing but p90x (obviously including the diet) but it just seemed o bit far fetched to me

It's not far fetched. You just have to be dedicated to the program and the diet and it does work.

Yep. Its a very sound program, and like any sound program, dedication to diet and working out will produce results.

Its not for bodybuilding. But its great for cardio, endurance, etc... Its pretty tough too.

My friend in college did the p90x thing and I could not tell that he gained a pound but his diet was screwed up too. Also its hard to stay motivated at home when you can just sit down and watch tv. I say go to a real gym.

agreed thats why most peeps fail then blame the product cus thay dont want it bad enough to put the work in both exercise and diet wise.

I did p90x for 2 months and HOLY CRAP were the results amazing. I dont have any structure at the gym and im usually on a time limit. With the videos I paused it to catch my breath or slow my heartbeat then finished the video, even if it took 2 hours, which burned a TON more calories. I gained tons of muscle, dropped lots of weight, I recommend it to anyone, but like EVERYONE ALWAYS SAYS...proper diet is K E Y. Always.
