what do u weigh again??
If you are trying to put on size thats plenty of protein. I would add calories in the form of carbs and/or fats if I was looking to put on muscle.

I'm looking to put on muscle
Last time I added 1 1/2 cup of carbs instead of 1 cup I gained a bit more fat hence why I only used 1 cup this time.
Monday = 2nd week into cycle
This Is what I used last time natural
I have no problem working out with my current carb amounts

You are going to be carrying more lean mass this time around so you should be able to take in more calories without adding bodyfat. I think your totals are pretty close to where they should be. If you find yourself getting a little smoother than you want I would add in some cardio as opposed to dropping calories.
Im adding in 30 mins PWO low intensity 4 days per week.
Do my workout
Drink my shake
Then hit low intensity for 30 min
