Im starting my second cycle. 300 deca/week+400 test E/week+50 Dboll/day(first 4 weeks)+50 anavar/day(Last 4 weeks ) cycle length 16 weeks total. I'm 25, tall, 205lb BF is about 18%. Goal to gain more lean quality muscle at the same time loose as much BF as possible. Now here's the problem. All depends on a diet, too much cals is bad, not enough cals is bad too. Please help to choose a better diet plan for my goal during cycle. Any help or suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks a lot
