my keto
Hi just about to start a keto diet.my weight is 235pounds at 5'9 and 9% bodyfat.Been reading lyle macdonald keto book and this is what ive came up with.I want minal carbs in it.Im currently on a bulking plan atm consuming 5000 cals a day with a 40/40/20 split of p/c/f.Looking to get into keto then slowly lower cals every week for 8 weeks dont want to get super lean just to experince keto and maybe lose 15 pounds.
Any thoughts please say

why in the world would you want egg whites? even not on keto but with keto you certainly need the fat.. also. 5'9" at 9% bf and 235 lbs, are you sure about the bf%?
