    Want To Gain Weight / Gain Mass

    Hi. I am new to the site. I am 40 years old, 5ft 8in, 150 lbs. I have been working out lightly for 2 months. I am attempting to gain mass. Any ideas on diet and workout techniques would be greatly appreciated.

    ALL LINKS, ID WATCH THEM IN ORDER MAKE SURE TO WATCH ALL THE VIDS IN THE 1ST!
    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    What you need is to work out "intensely" instead of lightly and turn those two months into 2 years. Time and effort will get you where you want to be. If you want to post a diet and/or workout schedule you will get plenty of help pointing you in the right direction.
