So i've been screwin around with blending foods lately, example just now i had 1 cup uncooked oats, 4 raw eggs (and no i dont have an allergic reaction or am worried about salmonella)scoop of chocolate whey and like 5grams powder flax seed, blended all together with like 4 ounces of water and downed it like it was nothing, just curious as how this is different physiologically than eating the foods whole. I did the same thing the other day with a can of chicken/eggs/whey, and it went down so much smoother and took like 15 seconds to drink. Yea blah blah its disgusting whatever, it kills the taste to me and it easy as hell to drink, but yea, any help is much appreciated.
Well - as a matter of fact I too drink some of my meals, or parts of them.

I know that in regards to the whole raw eggs - bioavailability will be an issue in regards to digestion/absorption. Here's a fun fact:

Egg whites are most bioavailable when cooked, and egg yolks when raw. So sunny side up is the best way to go! However, yeah drinking your eggs would be fine health wise - just not ideal for this reason.

There's often times where crunching down a whole meal isn't possible, and so shakes are better than nothing I suppose.

If I have a shake it's usually for carb loading on the go or at work.

The only meat I include in shakes are Albacore, because I really dislike the taste.

The rest I cook yeah. I've never tried cooke chicken in a shake, bet it would be kinda weird.
