Hey guys, Im currently 231 down from 245. Not sure of BF at this moment.
Im planning to do a 4-6 week diet and cardio program and try my best to get down to around 215.
My question is, what are the cleanest foods? Id like to maintain lean muscle while shedding fat. I am still putting a diet together for this thats why I am asking.
Also, Should I lower caloric intake or raise it due to the high cardio training?
