Little help please
Hey guys, Im currently 231 down from 245. Not sure of BF at this moment.
Im planning to do a 4-6 week diet and cardio program and try my best to get down to around 215.
My question is, what are the cleanest foods? Id like to maintain lean muscle while shedding fat. I am still putting a diet together for this thats why I am asking.
Also, Should I lower caloric intake or raise it due to the high cardio training?
All input is welcomed.

wel in regards to caloric intake- it depends do you knwo how many calories you are jacking up cardio and subtracting from your intake?? i would start between 300-500 calorie deficit PER DAY BUTTTTT.. half from cardio and subtracting half from food. also clean foods well...
carbs-
naturally rolled oats
yams
fibrous carbs-broccoli raab, lettuce
protein-
egg whites
turkey
grilled london broil
grilled chicken
whey and casein (optional supps)
fats (EFA's)
Extra virgin olive oil
almond oil
walnut oil
fish oil
thats currently all my foods while im cutting
