Recession diet
I need some assistance in formulating a diet. Problem is that a pro protein diet does not suit my budget for I have been retrenched back in January. Protein is really expensive. I am really struggling but it is not the point of discussion. I need a eating plan where I could loose a few pounds, reason being that I picked up a lot of weight and encountering health issues because of that. Now, with what could I replace the meat, powders and and with? Please be so kind to assist me.

find good sales and buy in bulk... cant sub out powders for food protein bro.. and if you stay with the same protein source you risk developing food allergy... rotate them...

those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs, fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

1+ on the avi. Also if you have access you could hunt for meat. I hunt deer and usually get about 40lbs of meat or more.
