a friend of mine just gave me a 5 pound jar of NO-XPLODE that is basically full, and I'm just wondering as far as pre-workout meals go, when should food be taken if NO-XPLODE is taken 45 minutes before workouts. I know it works if you take it with food but just going off bottle it says for optimal results, take on an empty stomach. Should I just get some protein and carbs in me 5 minutes before working out? Any scheduling tips involving this problem would be great, Thanks!
