    Bodyfat Measurement

    Hello all,

I'm trying to revamp my diet and make some informed choices regarding macros etc.

For starters I'm trying to arrive at the most accurate BMR possible. Has anyone out there utilized the Accumeasure Caliper for self testing bodyfat? I currently have one and am arriving at 11-12% bodyfat numbers.

I was just curious if anyone has used this caliper and the validity of the results.......

Thanks for all of the great information!

    Thanks!

I'm using it as a guideline to try and get my BMR dialed in; between the caliper and diet charting history I think I've got it pretty well figured out.

    On a side note:
I've taken your advice and slowly phasing carbs back into my diet. Breakfast today was 8 egg whites, one cup oatmeal, and broccoli. I didn't notice any big changes in energy or strength per se but I did feel a huge difference in the pump.
