    how bad ??

    How bad is it if I ate perect all day ,then went to the gym worked out hard for about 2hrs ,did 25 minutes of cardio ,and then when I came home I ate a turkey ,cheese and bacon sandwich on weat for dinner , cause it always seems to work out like this ,I eat real good all day then for dinner I kinda eat what's there in moderation ? Should I stop this or is it no big deal ?

    Anytime you go over your daily maintenance calories is a step back. Depending on who you talk to, it is generally good to do whats called a "cheat meal" once a week. If you do it on a daily basis, then more than likely you wont be getting anywhere if your goal is to lose weight.

    at leats its PWO meal... but it stills houdl not be everyday... and not even once a weekk... i would cheat wtih shitload of carbs PWO if you are caloric deficient

    The dinners that I eat aint great but they are generally good , but thought the day I eat oatmeal or eggwhite cheese omlet in the moring ,then for lunch its turkey cheese on weat ,or tuna on weat ,then a shake around 3:00 then around 5:00i go to the gym and then around 8ish I eat dinner ,iam 210lbs and iam 9% bf but iam still trying ing t get leaner

    Sound like your doing everything right to me if you have 9% bf.
    But if you dont buy the food and keep it at your house then you wont have it to eat.
