no carbs
is it aight to eat no carbs on non lifting days?

11 am footlong turkey sub on wheat bread
2pm train, after training pro complex protein shake 60g protein
usually around 6 i cook up about a pound of lean hamburger meat and eat it plain.
I take a fish oil pill with every meal.
I know it doesnt look all that good but im still learning about diet.

ya it will take time. use the search and check out some of the diet threads i started. should give u an ok Idea. of the foods to eat, and then head over to the sterois Q&A and post in my thread there i can help you an so can others

To answer the question, yes it's ok.
But you should post up the diet you intend to use on those days.

I know a guy who eats at the most 20 carbs a day 5 days of the week, and carb loads on tuesdays and saturdays. He is so shredded and still makes gains. Something about turning your body into a fat burner, instead of a sugar burner.

To make solid gains I'd say eat carbs the day after you train - cause that's when it's repairing.

I just want to find out a good diet but im kind of lost on it, i know protein and complex carbs and all that but can i just eat 3 meals a day or does it have to be 6? Im so sick and tired of training my butt off and not getting any gains because my diet sucks!
