2.5oz of lean ground turkey(tbl spoon of Chorizo powder)- P16/C0/F1
1 med red potato cooked with tbl spoon olive oil- P3/C26/F0
1 small whole wheat tortilla- P4/C18/F4
8oz water
Total P38/C45/F5
Trying to get good complex carbs in morning for energy. Want to keep Carbs at 100 or less per day. I am still getting a diet worked out want Protein to equal about 300 per day. Only using 2 shakes per day, 2 scoops of Whey post workout with 1 banana. 2nd shake before bed 2 scoops Casein.
This was a very filling meal tasted good enough. What do you think so far, am I on the right track?

i think its over complicating breakfast...i like to have a lower GI carb with quick food protein.. oats and egg whites.. with no/very minimal fat.

Yea I have Turkey planned for last meal of day for sleep.
So Red potato is not as good as sweet potato? I thought they were about the same.
I know nothing about Oats, I guess I will have to go to the store and find some.

Is it the tortilla or the Potato you dislike more? Or is it both?
