no energy on cutting diet
Meal 1:
3 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
chicken (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
1/2 cup Veggies, Lean Protein( chick,tuna,etc..)
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition( isopure) lo carb
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
isopure with Flax
stats : was 215
now:
6/2
206lbs
proab 12% bf.
following the cutting diet to a tee... so my question is I have no energy. I am doing 45 min cardio in the am. lifting in the pm. what else can i do. am i getting enough food? my body feels dragging. 2nd week of this. was on a clean bulk before with test/deca cycle...
any thoughts?

looks good to me, but i would be eating something better for ur 6th meal. props for using isopure because it is the best protein, but i would eat something else like a lean steak, or eggs and turkey sausage, instead of the isopure. keep using flax, though. add some more protein to ur first meal, because 3 egg whites is weak. if u cant stomach more food than drink 20 grams of protein from isopure. No energy is a good sign lol. If you told me you had a bunch of energy on a cutting diet, I would say you were cheating. i'm assuming you are taking ur multi's and vitamins right?

you dont have enough EFA's to replace the missing carbs.. it would help if you had macros

ok..sounds good. yes i am on a multi. fish oil and bcaa's and vit c. i will throw 1/2 cup of almonds in throughout the day. good? should i drop the fish oil due to the flax?

Lets not forget, cutting diets especially when you get under 10% bodyfat will make you lethargic and have low energy. Just part of the game and why its so hard to get lean and stay that way.
