Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

following the cutting diet to a tee... so my question is I have no energy. I am doing 45 min cardio in the am. lifting in the pm. what else can i do. am i getting enough food? my body feels dragging. 2nd week of this. was on a clean bulk before with test/deca cycle...
any thoughts?
