    Desperatly Need a Cutting Diet!

    Stats
    Sex Male
    Height 5ft 10in
    Weight 205
    BF around 18%

Hello again everyone. I've been Desperatly trying to lose my BF percentage to try and cut up. But it seems like no matter what i do i can't lower my Weight or BF.

I know this is wrong, and that's why i'm asking for help but here is what i have been eating and my schedule, so any help, and i will definatly try it.

Let me start out by saying that i use the Olmptical/treadmill for hlf hour a day, 5 days a week, mon-fri.

    My typical day consists of......

Morning..went from a protein shake with around 1000 calories to Isopure zero carb drink.

lunch...Turkey/Swiss sandwich or Tuna Sandwich, either or on Whole Wheat Bread, with some Mayo.

Dinner..i'll have like 2-3 servings of California Cottage Cheese by itself.

GYM...consists of running for hlf hour and about an hour of weight lifting.
Right after gym, another Isopure Zero carb drink.

Before sleep about another serving of Cottage cheese.

I don't understand why i am not losing weight. I kinda barely eat. I would love to get my BF down to like 14% and my weight to around 190.

I know this thing is all messed up so please help me.

Suggest you read the diet stickies on cutting and come back with a new plan. That entire diet needs to be scrapped my man.

LOL i don't mean that, i KNOW that is hard, i meant it's not easy making a dietary routine, when you don't understand alot of it and never did it. It's very confusing.

Simple example of me not knowing....what is flax that was mentioned above?

Can i substitute the 2 tblspn of flax with 2 flax oil pill shown here..http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-Organic-Flaxseed-Oil

When you say Lean Protein, chicken, tuna etc...how much of it do you mean, a handfull or so?

And When you say half cup of vegtables...do you mean any in particular?
