    NEED HELP diet is not working!!!

    im currently 183 pounds.im 6'1 and im wishing to get to about 225 pounds i am currently eating pretty clean and im also taking multivitamin and fish oil.
    the diet i am currently on suggested by a friend isn't really working so i turn to you guys to help me.i get up at 530 for work and i get home at 5.i train at 530 and go to bed about 930 so if you guys can please help me!!!!!!

    Layout what your diet consist of with macros if you have them, meal times etc....

    We have some great diet gurus here that can point you in the right direction for growth

    ALL LINKS, ID WATCH THEM IN ORDER MAKE SURE TO WATCH ALL THE VIDS IN THE 1ST!
    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    ok 545 is oats and a protein shake
    8 is 2 pieces of fruit and a pasta
    1030 2 pieces of fruit, bannana peanut butter sanwich
    1230 is whatever i have made up night before any suggestions??
    330 2 pieces fruit plus nuts
    5 protein shake creatine glutamine
    530 train at gym
    7 protein shake plus dinner
    930 protein shake

    my kitten couldn't grow off of that !!!

    You need to EAT son !!! real food STEAK, CHICKEN, TURKEY, TUNA, POTAOTES..... I eat more calories for breakfast then you do all day. No wonder you aren't growing..... Nothing but fruit and nuts???? what are you , a squirrel??.....lolol

    watch the videos given above and lets start feeding that body OK??
