im currently 183 pounds.im 6'1 and im wishing to get to about 225 pounds i am currently eating pretty clean and im also taking multivitamin and fish oil.
the diet i am currently on suggested by a friend isn't really working so i turn to you guys to help me.i get up at 530 for work and i get home at 5.i train at 530 and go to bed about 930 so if you guys can please help me!!!!!!
