you are 6'1 and you want to be UNDER 180??? WHY???

first you need to get the macros and know how many calories you are taking in. as your body gets smaller, it will require less calories to maintain a certain weight, so you will have to make adjustments with calorie intake if you want to keep dropping weight

Obviously because he was quite large at 245 pounds, and is now trying to lean out as much as possible to get rid of that excess fat around his mid-section.

thers no reason for him to lose more than ANOTHER 15lbs. the diet is poor but as T-MOS stated we need macros/calories

those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs, fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

it may be time to get rid of that fruit, and milk isn't the best thing when you are trying to cut. your receptors may be fried from that ECA stack so it might not be working at all anymore. Try getting more sources of lean protein in there.

    i totaled everything
    -4cups milk
    360cal
    48g carbs
    48g sugar
    36g protein
    -2hamburger patty
    540cal
    64g protein
    0g sugar
    - 2 scoop whey
    240 cal
    6g carbs
    2g sugar
    48g protein
    - 1/2 cup oats
    150 cal
    5g protein
    27g carbs
    -4 bananas
    400cal
    8g protein
    108g carbs
    56g sugar

    1690 calories
    189 carbs
    106 sugar
    161 protein

i need to lose weight for a job. im not worried about muscles, Dropping fat is my first goal. Some people in my class are taller than me and weigh less. 180lbs would be good i think.
those 4 bananas aren't looking good... i should switch them
also, according to the treadmill a little over 3miles is 600cal burned. I do 1200cal a day

bro your on the right track. you already lost so much weight, so naturally you will hit a plateau. basically what I would do is eat 300 less calories per day and keep everything else the same. when you hit another plateau, drop the cals by another 200 or so
