    Lean cuisines

    anyone ever eat these as a supp for food for a meal or to? And does the microwave destroy the food at all like the nutritional value or hurt the protein or anything like that, for my pre cooked meals that i have made already.

    If you absolutely have to eat them, assuming you heat them up at work or something, then there are actually some good ones, and you will be losing nutritional value from the veggies, but heat doesn't hurt protein. you should know that just by common sense (steak, chicken, etc.) LOL!

    man none of that stuff is good for competitive diet, but just out to look good, why not?

    They are crap, but if you absolutely have to eat them, you could be eating a lot worse.

    The sodium content in most of them if a deterrent... but if u really gotta eat on the fly and need the protein, then do so and with lots of water... but dont make a habit out of it

    I used to try to eat a chipotle burrito, when bulking, before workouts, and i could barely move after i was done eating them.
