    Whats a good protein smoothie?

    Sometimes i just dont feel like eating before bed so i make my self protien smoothies MMHhhhhh..lol i just had one actually. I wouldnt mind seeing what you guys put in yours if there is anyone that makes likes them

    1/2 cup pasteurized egg whites
    1/2 scoop chocolate whey for flavor
    2Tbs. Mct oil.
    Sometimes a little natty peanut butter or frozen fruit for the chill.

    whey protein, milk, peanut butter...you can add fruit if you want, too.

    Yeah thats what i usually do eather whey or casin protien, peanutbutter, sometimes milk, or fruit

    my favorite tasting protein shake has been pro complex banana.. i never tried it with milk but i can imagine

    Gotta give it to MYOfusion...choco with milk taste like a strait up milk shake..has like 27 grams per serv if im not mistaken

    OHH I KNOWWW....i took 3 bottles but i just changed it to elliet, i change brands every 3-4 bottles

    But im not looking for brands, im looking for new ideas for the greatest protein smoothies in the world lol.. i love to try new things

    Syntha is nice but i don't think that many carbs before bed is doable.

    DO NOT buy ON Casein Banana Creme - $50 down the toilet......

    In the morning I use to make an awesome smoothie consisting of

    protein powder
    oats
    banana
    orange juice
    blue berries
    raspberries and/or strawberries
    cinnamon


    mmmmmmmm


    But if its before bed, something as simple as casein protein powder, all natural peanut butter, extra virgin olive oil, and cinnamon would do. If you want a hint of fruit to taste, throw in orange juice to mix. If not, use milk or water.
