    Supermarket DELI/COOKED CHICKENS

    are these alright to have when cutting? could they be laced in salt?

    anyone know how many calories would be in standard chciken?

    is it ok for mee to have one all to myself when cutting

    They usually come with nutritional info on it.

    I can recall they have ALOT of saturated fat but because i'm on keto i will buy one this week, devour it, and post nutritional info if u want it.

    You're talking about the cooked/BBQ chicken you can buy at the supermarket?

    any chicken thats already cooked like roasted or whatever thats in supermarket would not go near.

    You dont know excatly whats in it, seems very greasy to me, plus its like whole chicken isnt it?

    alot of it is no use to us ( bodybuilders that is).

    The chicken sold at Sam's Club is the rotiseree kind. And if get there right before they close they give them away for free so they do not have to throw them out. Yes I know I am cheap.

    I'm not 100%, but I think they cook those with the skin on it which would really make it greasy as well as adding unwanted saturated fat.

    im cheaper...i'll use somebody elses membership to get in the door..hehehe
