ive decided to eat somthing new for breakfast as i was getting bored of what i had and i plan to change tomorrow! i was just wondering if u could tell me if this is suitable...

protein 13.5g, carbs70.3g (of which sugars 1g), fat4.6g (of which saturated 0.8g), also has a high content of fibre.
is this ok??????
