i went shoppin for traditional oats the other day
and ran across farina oatmeal, and was tempted to buy after looking at it
because it taste way better..however i know that oats is just a great carb for you so i stuck with what i knew for sure
any opinions on farina replacing regular oats? or are their just some benefits oats come with that other oatmeals just don't?
the nutrition label of farina was like
fat - 0
carbs- 22g
protein 7g ( unsure)
didnt look bad to me?
