i mean its simple question... whats your take on cheat meals during bulking and cutting
iv never bulked in my life.. started bb at a high bf so its never been a necessity
on a cutting diet, i find that every sunday i can eat about 800kcal over my maint level and eat just about anything i want..
i know we're supposed to be eating clean on re-feeds but it keeps me sane and doens't effect my diets goals...
mentally....2 meals a week for cutting worked for me.....one "dinner" so i can go out once and order of the menu without a list of special instructions to the waitress......and then 1 "snack" type cheat which is 1 night when i allow myself to either eat some cheat food at home infront of a movie or something like wings WITH sauce out with my friends.....i still feel guilty when doing both so even though i order what i want, i end up not eating very much of it and it ramps up my motivation and intensity for the period inbetween such meals....i got down to 7-8% with 2 cheats a week.....
1 Cheat Meal a week for me........Saturday Lunch........mmmmmmm..........
But I did OD this fathers day and had King Crab Legs with some butter on them and a little potato salad and some grilled chicken and broccolli and a tiny piece of chocolate cake........first time I have OD'd in like a solid 2 months.......
good shit.. i was thinkin of switchin legs on sundays but that kills my saturday ngiht.. hmmm
Lately every meal has been a cheat meal, I have been to lazy to cook.
I have been doing 1 per week ( not clean) but I don't really go over cals because I feel so bloated/upset stomach that I can't eat much for the rest of the day.
I know I know, you all expert more of MuscleScience than that. But It takes a lot of time and dedication to cram all the physiology shit in my head I had to know. Plus the stuff I am doing know is way more stacked for info. Anyway after class all day, the last thing I want to do is cook. So maybe one of my kind friends I have could send someone to help go to the store and cook for me, probably clean as well.
Maybe something like this...

well since i maintain now, cause due to permanet injuries and have to be very careful, i try to just maintain.
So i pretty much have like two cheat meals.
one would be saturday night dinner, with the girlfriend.
and maybe sunday lunch or dinner.
i dont drink/smoke or have coffee, i also dont drink any acid drink, soft drinks that is.
so i save myself for those two meals of enjoyment of nice food, and those meals could be anything i want, there is no limitations or boundaries.

right now, none because I am a diet nazi and I am getting insane results. Also I am making up for last summer, I didnt get in shape and have been ashamed of that and I am really killing it this summer!
