    Help

    Hey whats up guys I'm new and i wanna start taking myself to the next level. Im a small guy only 150lbs. I don't eat that great but i stay skinny because of my metabolism is fast i guess. I eat all wrong to help me add muscle. Can someone help me with a meal plan. I do eat a lot of fast food I'm not gonna lie i wanna start taking this seriously. Thanks.

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL
