hey whats up fellas I'm looking at 3-5 years that I gotta start doing in October anyway I'm not going to be able to eat as well as I'd like to am I'm going to lose serious mass if I keep working hard in the gym but have to eat less than I want I think where I'm going I can buy protein powder but worse comes to worse can I still maintain at least most my muscles mass by working hard ?? any info advice would be appreciated
