Chicken Kitchen
I go eat there every now and then and i always see everyone asking for the skin to get taken off. I always say leave the skin and people look at me like im crazy. Im dieting but eat around 20 to 30 grams of fat a daysince im working out pretty intense every day. Do you guys think i should get it taken off and find my fat somewhere else? I maybe eat there once or twice a week.

um defently take the skin off, the fat of the skin does not compare to efa.
also are they taking the skin off after its cooked or before?
if its after its cooked, i still would not eat that chicken if im cutting, due to cause the piece of chicken your gonna get would still have absord a lot of the fat of the skin.

You are dieting and limiting yorself to 30g fat per day? Where are your calories coming from than?
And eating chicken skin is TERRIBLE, there is no way you can gauge how much fat you are getting from it. You are completely guessing and at my best guess I would say you hit your 20g fat right there in one meal.
I dont know what the rest of your diet looks like, but just knowing your fat intake and the source of it I would say you should post up yor entire diet cuz you are going in the wrong direction.
