I met with Ashley Koff, supposedly some great dietician the other day. I'm 6', 155lbs, with 12.5% body fat. My goal is to gain size and muscle (obviously haha). Anyways, she said that in order to do this I should have 6 eating occasions a day, each one containing a serving of carb, a serving of fat, and a serving of protein. She gave me a sample day.
1) Smoothie
2) 3 egg scrambled eggs or omlette with vegetables, cheese, salsa, and some avocado (hot sauce is ok too) + 1 slice of toast or 1 fist of potatoes or 1 cup of berries
3) Turkey burger open-faced (1 side of bun) with avocado and tomato and mustard + salad with beans or cheese on it
4) Apple / banana with peanut butter
5) 2-3 tacos with fist of meat, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, tomato
6) Steamed or sauteed veggies (at least a fist size) + baked potato (or baked potato fries) + palm size protein (fish or chicken)
Does this make sense to you guys? Also, is there a time that I should stop eating at in the evening? Thanks for your input!
