    Moar tuna!

So I was at the supermarket today, I'm making a list of a diet I want to go on after I get surgery on my leg so I can run again, Which tuna should I buy? I was looking at the ingredients and was looking at the sodium. Should I buy the one with the lowest sodium? Which tuna do you eat?

Dude, did you really mispell "more?" I like starkist chunk light tuna the best, but if you have the money, I think chunk white is the best.

360mg of sodium per can, because it has two servings, and it is 180mg of sodium per serving.

Dude, did you really misspell "misspell"?

Regarding the sodium, it depends how much you get in your diet from other sources. If you stay away from processed foods (loaded with salt) and don't add much when you cook you should be fine. Check your Blood pressure, if you have high blood pressure you may want to make an extra effort to control sodium.
