New member Trying to loose weight!!!

I have tried many things to try and loose a little weight. I am not looking to loose a whole lot just about 15-30 pounds and keep it off. I have a problem getting a routine down working out with my schedule of work and I am always so tired when I am off I just do not get motivated any more. I am about 5'8 and weigh about 160 give or take a few, my weight flucuates througout the day by several pounds. I also need some help on what to eat and what to stay away from. I have cut coke products almost completely out of my diet and did not see any thing from that at all. If any one has any suggestions please send them my way thanks.

Fixing this is your first order of business. I would suggest reading some stickies at the top of this page then propose a diet/cardio/resistance training schedule and then filter through the advice you get.

We all have 24 hours in our day, I dont think the schedule is as much of a problem as is the motivation to do it. By posting on here you are taking the first steps towards making some changes.

yea just working 13 hours is really hard when you end up sleeping most of the day to get up and go back in for another round. I just need to figure out a better schedule and just make it work. thanks for the advice.

ALL LINKS, ID WATCH THEM IN ORDER MAKE SURE TO WATCH ALL THE VIDS IN THE 1ST!
those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs, fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL
