    Eggs and your A$$

    Obviously eggs are a good source of protein..... After upping my egg dose... MY A$$ STINKS! By time end of the day comes.... Christ... I can put restrooms out of service..... Anything I can do/eat to maybe kill the nastyness of the egg.

    Quit eat'n eggs!! Of course your a$$ is gonna stink! There are other sources of protein...and not that I'm a specialist here cuz I'm on here asking for diet and workout info...
    I just thought your thread was funny! But seriously, try plain(skinless, boneless) boiled or grilled chicken breast instead. And read the labels when you buy it cuz some of it is loaded with fat/cal/and sodium

    suck it in pal, but variety is key so it shouldnt be that big of an issue unless you have an allergy to it that youd ont know about

    Yeah... Chicken and tuna gets tiring though(4 meals have tuna and chicken already)... eggs in the morning aren't bad....... My g/f almost died tonight.... LMAO...... Eggs are common... And after upping the amount... It's just badd............

    Eggs are higher in sulfur based amino's, gonna have a distinct odour. But if you are really having that much gas your probably have dysbiosis in the GI tract and have piss poor nutrient, probiotic, enzyme intake. Or you could have developed an intolerance due to over consumption.

    No prob dontwannabold.

    gas isn't that bad... Since i upped it... first day was bad... few days in don't seem as bad... but when I do rip... Man.... Shit's just wooahhh.... nasty...

    same reason i don't do shakes... that stuff just kills me....

    I took one month off of egg whites. I went back on last week. YIKES!

    I am trying to limit to 1 cup a day.
