I have always felt the subway tuna was one of the worst things on the menu...due to all the fat from the mayo. Your nutrition data is also off...that is not even the right info for the 6 inch...unless they make them smaller in the UK (but don't see how it only has 40 some grams of carbs for a foot of bread)

Here is the info for 6 inch (this is before any topping you may put on) (this is direct from subway.com)
    Cal: 530
    Fat:30
    Carb: 46
    Protein:21
    Sodium:930

If you are going with a footlong...DOUBLE those numbers. You can see it is not a good choice. I have family/friends that try to loose weight by going to subway. They think I am eating better by getting the tuna but it really is one of the top 3 of the worst.

If you are on a bulking diet it will def add the calories and pounds on fast....but it might be more fat. That is also a ton of sodium.

That chicken is processed, it is not like a normal chicken breast I can tell you that for a fact, the meat reminds me of a giant mcdonalds chicken nugget.

on a bulk, its fine if it meets your macros. honestly you can get away with it on a cut too but you would have to maneuver your macros so it fits

I find that all Subway sandwiches are very high in sodium content yet they somehow still garner the 'health' food reputation.

that health reputation is such a pile of shvt, think about most of the "heart healthy" fruit smoothies with natural pb and such that have 120+carbs of simple sugar and 30+g of fat with very little protein for 10-12oz of drink that people get and think it's good for them
