Doubt if I could eat all that!
You should be bale to add weight on but there is a shitload of carbs in there

Holy sweet mother of god! That is a lot of calories and a lot of carbs. You'll definitely gain weight on that diet, just be prepared to gain a lot of fat along with it.

What are your stats.....height, weight? With those calories you'll put weight on but I'd up the protein and back of the carbs just a bit. I stand at 6'2", 236lbs, and eat close to if not more than 4500 calories a day with my protein up to 415 grams a day.

With those stats and those calories,if you can't gain weight something is seriously wrong.

Progress?
So, what's your progress on this diet? have you been following it? and what is 87 kg is pds? 148?
I started this summer at 155 and am now up to 190, eating about 3200 calories a day. For about two weeks i was eating 4200 cals, but couldn't keep it up.
